Community members invited to help plan district's 60th anniversary celebration

First meeting is Thursday, January 16

All community members are invited to participate in the planning of the celebration of the district's 60th Anniversary. The initial meeting of the planning committee will take place on Thursday, January 16, from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the District Office Board Room at Van Antwerp.

Planning Committee Chairman Bob Winchester is encouraging all community members interested in sharing insights, knowledge of the district's history, and ideas for celebrating this special event to join the committee.

If you are interested in serving on the committee, please contact Bob at 518-424-3005 or trustinbob@aol.com. Those who cannot attend the January 16 meeting, but would still like to participate should also contact Bob.

The initial meeting agenda will include a discussion about potential ideas for the district's observance of this landmark. A meeting agenda is below.
