Niskayuna Central School District community members are encouraged to attend community budget forums scheduled for March 4 and March 15 to provide valuable input into the development of a 2014-15 school budget and planning for future years.
The March 4 forum will begin at 6 p.m. It will be an opportunity to learn more and engage in a conversation about some of the key questions and topics from a February 12 forum, including fund balance, administrative structure, and revenue generation. The March 4 forum will be held in the auditorium at Van Antwerp Middle School, and will be followed by the Board's regular meeting.
A community budget forum will also be held on Saturday morning, March 15, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. This forum has been scheduled on a Saturday morning to provide an additional opportunity for as many residents as possible to attend and participate in the budget development/input process.

Everyone is welcome at the forums. Please confirm your attendance ahead of time to help the district plan for facilitators and appropriate space for group discussions.
