With support from the Niskayuna PTO Council and PTO Directory Chairpersons from each school, the Niskayuna PTO is announcing a district-wide roll out of an online parent-student directory service called the "PTO e-Directory." This is a secure online service that empowers parents to manage contact information shared with the Niskayuna PTO.
PTO directory chairpersons will create the 2014-2015 school directories using contact information parents share using the PTO e-Directory service. Parent and student contact data from the district registrar will NOT be used*. If parents do not want contact information printed in a 2014-2015 school directory, they may opt-out from printing but still privately share this information with the PTO. The PTO will also be using this service to manage and track PTO membership and collect volunteers for a variety of student enrichment activities.
Please note: This service does not publish family contact information online. The only people that can access the information online are directory chairpersons from each PTO.
