The Board of Education has transitioned to a paperless meeting document portal,
where the public will find Board agendas, supporting materials and archived
documents for each meeting.
The system is known as BoardDocs. Beginning with the Feb. 8 meeting, BoardDocs will be the place where community members will access the supporting documents for meetings, including any presentations from the meeting.
Members of the community are encouraged to bring their electronic devices to Board meetings to follow along with the agenda and access the materials on BoardDocs. The system will display on laptops, tablets and smartphones connected to the Internet. Log-in information for the district’s guest wi-fi network will be posted in any room where the Board is meeting.
The agenda for each meeting will typically be available on BoardDocs the Friday afternoon preceding the meeting. Supporting materials will generally be accessible on BoardDocs by the Monday afternoon prior to the meeting.

With BoardDocs, all documents associated with a meeting are automatically archived and can be accessed by meeting date or by using the system’s search feature. The portal now contains agendas and supporting materials for meetings back to the beginning of this school year, 2015-16.

The district website will continue to contain the Board meeting schedule for the year, minutes of past meetings and Board policies.
The Board began using BoardDocs this fall. In addition to providing convenient access to documents all in one place, it allows for quicker transmittal of documents to the Board and public. This will result in considerable savings in terms of the time and expense of printing, preparing and delivering meeting materials by hand.
