On Sept. 19 the New York State School Boards Association presented the Niskayuna High School’s Academic Resource Center with a “Champions of Change Award.”
The distinction honors the hard work of high school students who offer peer tutoring.
The Champions of Change award is a non-competitive award determined by a committee which reviews e-clips for innovative programs in our schools.
Several years ago, Niskayuna’s STEAMbus was also recognized through this program.
