The Glenville Fire District #2 Alplaus Volunteer Fire Company and Ladies’ Auxiliary are offering a one-time $2,000 award to a graduating senior who is a resident of the fire district and who plans on pursuing a college education.

Special consideration will be given to applicants planning to pursue an education in the fire, emergency medical, or health related fields. The applicant must also have demonstrated evidence of good citizenship, concern for others, and the willingness to improve the quality of life for all.
