The National Association of Women in Construction Capital District, Chapter #261 is offering two scholarship opportunities.
A $1,000 award is for a female senior planning to attend a four year college program to pursue a degree in construction, construction management, architecture, civil, chemical, mechanical, structural, or electrical engineering.
A $500 award is for a female senior planning on a attending an accredited technical school to pursue a skilled construction trade degree or certification.
Awards are based on need, merit and review of transcript.
Applications are available from Mr. Bianchi in the Counseling Office. They must be postmarked by May 20.
