The purpose of this Request for Bids (RFB) is to furnish and install new kitchen equipment for the Niskayuna Central School District at Niskayuna High School.
The intent of this RFB is to be awarded to a single proposer who best demonstrates the ability to meet the District’s needs. Proposers shall make all investigations necessary to thoroughly inform themselves about the District.
No plea of ignorance by the proposer of conditions that exist or that may hereafter exist as a result of failure or omission on the part of the proposer to
make the necessary examinations and investigations, or failure to fulfill in every detail the requirements of the RFB, will be accepted as a basis for varying the requirements of the District or the compensation to the vendor.
Bids can be submitted on BidNet Direct and are due by August 27, 2024, at 2 p.m.
