Registration is now open for the Summer 2025 Engineering Institutes. This is a week-long camp for students who will be entering grades 7 through 9 during the fall of 2025 and have a strong interest in science and engineering technology. It is being offered by the Niskayuna Central School District in partnership with GE Aerospace.
This year, the Engineering Institute for Young Women will take place during the week of July 7 while the Engineering Institute for Young Men will be held during the week of July 14. The cost is $275 per student, and registration is first come, first served. Registration will be open until Wednesday, April 30, or until the 40 openings per camp are filled. The registration fee is non refundable after Wednesday, April 30. Spots could go quickly, so parents are encouraged to sign students up as soon as possible.

The camp runs from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. each day. Families will need to provide transportation to and from Niskayuna High School, as well as lunch.
The camp offers students a week of exploration and discovery into the “STEAM” fields of science, technology, engineering, art, and math.
